Had a great experience staying here. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and quick to help. Not often anymore do you get greeted by staff at places or even talked to without talking first. It was refreshing to be greeted as soon as we walked thru the door and then walked thru the check-in process quickly. The location worked well for us with one of the reasons we stayed was to go to Universal Studios for a day and it was a pretty easy drive to get there. The room was clean and worked well for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites in Winter Garden and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Kai was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional—such a great first impression, she even greeted us with a water bottle for each guest. The room itself was spotless. We stayed in a queen bedroom suite, and it was truly phenomenal: clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds and bedrooms were pristine, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The breakfast honestly deserves a special mention—it’s one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in this category. Plenty of options, fresh fruit & yogurt, well organized, real plateware & silverware, what a great way to start the day. We had an appointment at the medical center next door, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, which made an already stressful day feel so much easier. Overall, our stay was seamless, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and after this experience, I’ll definitely be choosing Home2 Suites whenever possible going forward. Highly recommend!

Clean and large rooms, excellent laundry facilities, fully equipped gym, hot and cold breakfast with many options and a well stocked snack and food area. It’s 35 minutes from Disney with free parking at the hotel and a 7-11 in the parking lot. It’s the perfect place to get some peace and quiet after a long day. Shoutout to the staff who every single person was so friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping during our week long stay. We requested two desk chairs and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommend while staying in the Orlando area.

Spent two nights there on our weekend getaway. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. Our room was very good size and had a mini kitchen with all the basic kitchen wares. However, I have a few complaints: the bed was very uncomfortable. The shower head was the worst ever, sink had more water pressure. The breakfast was only fair with fake butter, strong coffee and mini fridge not at the correct temp (too warm).

I've stayed here a few times, and for the most part everything is great for a hotel of this tier. The reason I dropped a star is because the water pressure, even on the first floor, is criminally low. Second, every one of the rooms I have stayed in has the sink faucet installed through a hole in the countertop that is just a bit too big. The faucet floats around in the hole, turning crooked and slanted when you use it. Also, the giant hole surrounding it lets water fall into the back of the sink cavity for some fun future mold cleanup. It's not a bad hotel, these are just the annoying quirks.

We recently departed from our third multi-night stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Winter Garden, and each time (three times over the course of six months) was equally pleasant. Situated very conveniently from multiple highway access points, and along the busy Highway 50/Colonial Drive, the recently opened hotel offers extended stay guests more than suitable accommodations. The brand standard kitchenettes are well appointed and the room product is very comfortable for business travelers, couples, and small families. Large families may find standard studios a little cramped in terms of square footage, but the rooms do not show even the two years of age since the hotel has been open. The lobby and common areas including the breakfast dining area, gym, and pool, are always very well maintained and clean. We've stayed every day of the week, and there never appears to be an inordinate amount of traffic or noise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Drawbacks are that the hot breakfast is slightly underwhelming even in an environment where it's complimentary, with more limited choices than you may find at a Homewood Suites Hilton or Residence Inn Marriott location. Also, the exterior parking lot is very barren with only a tiny grass-covered pet area. Additionally, it appears that the parking lot lights are motion activated after a certain hour, likely for cost/energy savings, which can make nighttime arrivals uncomfortable. Overall still a very good location that will not result in a bad stay for anyone.

Roomy. Clean. Comfortable. Pleasant staff. My only suggestion is bottle water in the room . I was told it is offered upon request, but after youve turned in for the night and need a little refreshment before bed it becomes an inconvenience.

Stayed at a lot of Home2Suites, this location is definitely at the top. Hotel and rooms smelled great, super clean. Some of the friendliest staff I've encountered. Cool take on breakfast with typical fare and easy to make your own sandwiches. My only letdowns were the shower pressure and the beds weren't super comfortable for me, but could 100% just be my personal preference. Well done!
